SSP Guidance Notes:
- The Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) has been launched the online version (in Chinese and English) of the Secondary School Profiles (SSP) 2025/2026 on 5 December 2025. Schools may login this e-form and update the school information whenever necessary. Please note that once the school updates and saves information in this e-form, the relevant information and the school's latest PDF file will be immediately published on the online version of the SSP 2025/2026.
- All information in the SSP 2025/2026 is provided and verified by schools according to their situation in September 2025.
- CHSC will upload the information of the online version of Secondary School Profiles 2025/2026 in machine-readable format to Open Data Portal (DATA.GOV.HK) and Common Spatial Data Infrastructure in December 2025 and January 2026 respectively for public reference.
- All fields should be filled in.
- Please fill in the number of approved classes after the headcount conducted by the Education Bureau in September 2025.
- Points to note for filling information in the School Characteristics column:
- Schools can adjust the number of words in different fields. The maximum number of lines on the third page is 79 and that on the fourth page is 81.
- Schools should not provide value-added information.
- Schools should not distribute or publicise any information related to allocation bands of students.

- Points to note for uploading school photos:
- Please upload one photo of the school logo, one photo of the school building and two photos of students' school.
- All photos should be in JPEG (*.jpg) format. The size limit for each photo is 1MB.
- All photos would be shown in the online version only.
- CHSC reserves all the rights of editing the submitted information.
